We can only succeed in city shaping Western Sydney if we refine the way we work together. We need a generation of leaders that can drive change, embed collaboration and ensure our collective success – the Western Sydney Leadership Dialogue's Collaborative Leadership Program aims to put existing and emerging leaders from Western Sydney on this path. I am proud to be part of the 2022 alumni and wish the 2023 cohort all the very best.

Prue Car, thank you for being such a tremendous voice for Western Sydney! Western Sydney Lakes is looking forward to working with you.

And to Dr. Sarah Hill, congratulations on being the recipient of the Dialogue’s Patrons’ Prize for Public Administration, your contribution to the region has been felt far and wide.

For Updates and News:

We acknowledge the traditional custodians, the Darug Peoples, of the land on which Western Sydney Lakes is located.

We respect their enduring cultural and spiritual connection to this special place, most notably characterised by the Nepean waterways and the Blue Mountains escarpment. We will work in a respectful manner with Aboriginal people in Caring for Country and aim to celebrate Aboriginal history, culture, customs and beliefs.
