PLDC Media Statement: Penrith Beach Opening for 2024-25 Summer Season

Western Sydney Lakes is delighted to announce the highly anticipated return of Penrith Beach, an integral part of the Penrith Lakes precinct. As part of the 2024-25 summer activation initiative by the NSW Government, Penrith Beach will once again be open for the community to enjoy. The beach will officially open on Saturday, 7th December, providing another exciting season of recreational activities and community engagement.

WSL’s significant investment in rehabilitating the inland lake scheme, coupled with ongoing support from the NSW Government, has created a quality facility for families, friends, and visitors. This initiative serves as a precursor to transforming the broader vision proposed for Penrith Lakes over the longer term, showcasing the potential of this unique precinct as a vibrant recreational and community destination.

Western Sydney Lakes is dedicated to delivering a vibrant and sustainable future for Penrith Lakes and extends its gratitude to the Government, local council, and community for their continued support.

Western Sydney Lakes is proudly brought to you by Penrith Lakes Development Corporation Pty Ltd, a joint venture between Boral, Holcim, and Heidelberg Materials.
